Ever since its founding over sixteen years ago, Acorn Naturalists has always respected customer privacy.  We have never sold our customer names, email or street addresses to others.  We have never released information on customer buying habits to any third party.  Our shopping cart is protected by state of the art encryption, as verified by X-Ramp security (click on the logo on this page).

As an independent small business, Acorn Naturalists has always been able to "choose its own path" both in terms of the resources we offer and the business practices we follow.  We maintain direct control of the entire customer service experience - we ship from our own warehouse where we house everything we offer.  If you have any questions, you can call us directly or visit us in person at 155 El Camino Real, Tustin, California.
